Guys. Guys. These noodles are good. I have eaten them probably 5 or 6 times just this week and I’m debating going and making more as I’m writing this because it sounds so good. Maybe it is the fresh snap peas that are in the stores now, or maybe it is the spicy sriracha sauce made with almond butter, or maybe both, but either way these are the greatest Asian style noodles I think I’ve ever made.
